I am a researcher and aspiring Biostatistician with a Master’s in International Community Health from the University of Oslo and a background in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
My work focuses on bridging the gap between public health data and actionable insights. I specialize in Epidemiology, Quantitative study designs, and advanced statistical methods like causal inference and survival analysis and Infection Disease Modelling. I am proficient in utilizing analytics tools like R, Python, and SPSS, Excel and Tableau to analyze complex health datasets and visualisation. I am currently preparing a manuscript on a research based on a masters thesis project of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). Currently seeking PhD opportunities to develop data-driven intervention strategies for public health challenges.
Master's Project: Investigated community health literacy and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) awareness in Baddi, India. Analyzed primary field data from 450 participants.
Independent project conducting time-to-event analysis on clinical datasets. Used Kaplan-Meier estimators and Cox Proportional Hazards models.
Secondary analysis of Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) data. Examined public health trends using complex survey design weighting and clustering.
Bachelor's Project: Synthesized nanoparticles using Acacia Catechu extract. Characterized structure using UV-spectroscopy, FTIR, and SEM.
